Meet our Senior Pastor 

Reverend Benny L. Everett III, is the esteemed pastor of the First Baptist Church of Bunche Park in Miami Gardens, Florida. A native of Pahokee, Florida, he is married to Dr. DeAnna Williams-Everett, and together they have six children.

Reverend Everett began preaching at the age of eighteen and has been guided by influential mentors throughout his journey. Before his current role, he served as Senior Pastor at various churches in Florida and South Carolina.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University, a Master’s degree in School Counseling from South Carolina State University, and a Master of Divinity from Virginia Union University. He is currently pursuing an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership at Florida Atlantic University.

Reverend Everett's achievements include serving as a former Commissioner for the City of Pahokee and founding the Glades Area NAACP Youth/College Division. He is also a member of the Omega Psi Fraternity. Despite his many accolades, his greatest honor is his call to ministry. Reverend Everett passionately preaches and teaches the Word of God, aiming to be a prophetic problem solver and share the liberating Gospel of Jesus Christ.
