That’s all we need—guidance for the next step, not the whole journey.Remaining Steadfast in FaithHere are a few ways to strengthen your faith when life feels unpredictable:Stay in God’s Word. It anchors our hearts when everything else feels unstable.Pray honestly. God invites us to bring Him our doubts, fears, and confusion.Remember past faithfulness. Yet, if we’re honest, forgiveness isn’t always easy. It can feel impossible when the hurt runs deep. But through God’s grace, forgiveness becomes not just a possibility—it becomes a path to healing and freedom.Forgiveness Is Not Forgetting Many people struggle with the idea of forgiveness because they believe it means forgetting the wrong or pretending it didn’t hurt. But forgiveness is not about erasing the past. It’s about releasing the grip that pain has on our present. It’s choosing to let go of resentment, bitterness, and the desire for revenge and instead entrusting justice to God.“And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.” – Ephesians 4:32Forgiveness Reflects God’s Heart Jesus spoke often about forgiveness, not just as a command but as a way of life. On the cross, He demonstrated the ultimate act of forgiveness when He prayed, “Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do” (Luke 23:34). His sacrifice paved the way for our reconciliation with God and showed us the depth of divine mercy.When we forgive, we reflect God’s heart.
